Derek Stewart
Derek Stewart, Software Engineer
Derek joined C2 Software in 2007 as a graduate from the University of Abertay with an honours degree in Computing and Networks. Derek works as part of the product development team on new versions of Activedition and additional products such as Content Management Designer.
Derek is very analytical and his key skills include ASP, HTML, Javascript, Coldfusion, SQL, XML and .NET technologies.
Outside of C2, Derek is a keen footballer and enjoys playing pool and darts in the office and is a regular sparring partner of Eddie. He is also a big games fan and works hard at perfecting his Wii and PS3 skills.
Derek has a high flying ambition. He would like to learn to fly and own his own helicopter. Perhaps a helipad could be built on the roof of C2 Towers? Of course he certainly couldn't blame the traffic for being late with that mode of transport.
