Finlay Carmichael, Managing Director
With an honours degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering, Finlay co-founded C2 Software in 1997 setting the vision and strategy for the company. Previously Finlay worked with leading blue chip organisations including AT&T, Texas Instruments and NCR.
Finlay has worked with numerous high profile organisations in various market sectors around the world. As a result of his experience and ability Finlay is in constant demand on the speaker circuit.
Finlay ranks his greatest professional achievement as developing the first version of the Activedition content management system which has since gone on to be used by hundreds of C2 Software's clients including Herbalife, Angus Council and the NHS.
Outside of C2 Software, Finlay enjoys winter sporting pursuits including skiing and snowboarding and is a keen mountain biker. He once spent many hours on a different kind of saddle - he rode a horse twenty miles through the desert despite never having ridden previously.
Finlay is forever coming up with new innovative ideas to keep the development team on their toes. Wait - there's another one!
