Integrating CRM with Web Content Management SystemsAs systems integrators and CRM specialists C2 has experience of seamlessly integrating Web content management systems with CRM solutions.
Form management functionality within the CMS facilitates capture and store, and through web services or provided API's details can be pushed into the CRM solution. Custom forms can also be created for complex processing / validation requirements and submissions can be processed in either batch or real time mode.
Key actions by the user that are captured by the CMS e.g. user logs in, user clicks on external link, user downloads document are stored in the CMS log. This log can in turn be synchronised with CRM to ensure that the relevant actions are captured against the user's contact record.
User profile data within the CMS e.g. preferences, likes, gender etc. can be synchronised with the CRM system on a scheduled or real time basis e.g. at time of login. This in turn allows for the personalised delivery of content by matching the classification of the content to the user's profile.
The approach outlined can also be deployed with leading Web Content Management solutions such as Activedition, SharePoint, etc though their web service based APIs.
