For the technical audience our approach for integration is based on a proven and secure model:
- We look to deploy a secure architecture with all CRM communication going via web proxy service on the DMZ. There is no direct access to CRM web services and the complete CRM solution can be deployed in the LAN. The proxy web service will be locked down and will only provide access to the relevant parts of the CRM solution that need to be exposed. The proxy will also be locked down only to allow traffic from the web application server.
- Reliability of the connection between the web server and CRM server is not guaranteed so we frequently deploy strategies to store information locally on the website with synchronisation happening once the CRM services are available.
- Proven track record - we have a proven track record of deploying integrated web solutions with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce and many other CRM solutions. If it has an API we can integrate with it and in some cases even when there is no API.
- Microsoft technology stack (.NET/SQL) - We are a Microsoft certified partner and our solutions are designed to get the most from the Microsoft technology stack.
