We think we are good at what we do. We have lots of clients who think we are good at what we do. So what makes us so good? What's our approach? How do we do it?

We appreciate that as a customer, you have choice when deciding to work with an eBusiness solution provider. That's why we base our reputation on quality and on timely delivery. We look to forge long term relationships with our customers, so you keep coming back to us with more business. Quite a simple yet effective model really.

Our approach is pretty simple too: With every project we engage in, we look to add value. We look to fully understand your business and requirements. We pay attention to detail at every level and we believe in being open and honest (but we won't tell you your new haircut looks nice when it doesn't). We look to be innovative and practical. We deliver what we promise and more.

In short, we enjoy our work and we value our clients.

Think of your Project Manager as your Best Friend

You can call your Project Manager every day. Your Project Manager will be there when you need a shoulder to cry on or to share good times with. Your Project Manager will never forget your birthday. Okay, we can't quite guarantee the last bit.

Each new project is allocated a Project Manager who ensures that the details and time scales are controlled from the outset and that processes and procedures are maintained. Communication with the client and their Project Manager is actively maintained until the project is delivered and signed off. 

Post implementation, a dedicated support desk can be contacted and each client is allocated an Account Manager who becomes their new Best Friend. But we still can't guarantee they won't forget your birthday.
