The Project Manager
Each new project is allocated a Project Manager who ensures that the details and time scales are controlled from the outset and that ISO accredited processes and procedures are maintained. This repeatable process based approach is key to consistent quality. Communication with the client and their Project Manager is actively maintained until the project is delivered and signed off.
Post implementation, a dedicated support desk can be contacted and each client is allocated an Account Manager who ensures that we continue to offer a service you can rely on.
