That's why our Project Managers are trained in the Prince2 methodology for effective project management, who are experienced delivering large scale assignments for clients such as Careers Scotland, NCR, Herbalife and the Royal Mint.
We use a process-based approach to your project, defining key inputs and outputs, specific objectives to be achieved and activities to be carried out. This allows efficient use of resources and regular process monitoring throughout the project. We can also adapt to your own preferred methodology, where certain standards must be met.
Your project is ultimately driven by your business case, your organisation's justification, commitment and rationale for the deliverables or outcome. We understand that just as a week is a long time in politics, a day is a long time in business so we regularly review the project with you to ensure that any changes in the business objectives are reflected and met.
