We Provide eCommunity Solutions

Trends

Web 2.0 and social media solutions have exploded into our lives over the last few years. Love them or loathe them but if in business don't ignore them. Developing effective online communities can have significant potential. By developing two way conversations, listening and then applying continuous improvement initiatives that are based on what customers, associates and partners are actually telling you, businesses can really prosper.

Our Experience

In terms of our experience we have been banging the drum about the importance of developing online community strategies for some time now; even before the emergence of solutions such as Linkedin, Facebook and MySpace first appeared on the scene.

What's right for one organisation is not necessary best for another and this is a starting point from where we add value. We work with clients on strategy to establish goals that:

  • Gain marketing intelligence to pioneer innovation
  • Foster collaboration and two way conversations with highly prized customers
  • Develop customer support strategies, reduce operational costs and improve customer satisfaction
  • Enhance brand loyalty, generate revenue through connecting satisfied customers with prospects

Through development of conceptual models and return on investment arguments we have a proven track record of planning, designing and developing online communities for organisations like:

  • General Teaching Council for Scotland
  • FDA Union
  • Scottish Enterprise
  • SaltireFoundation
  • Teach First

eCommunity Solutions

In addition to having our own solutions we also partner with Telligent a market leader in enterprise collaboration and community software, with best in class social media solutions including, forums, blogs, profiles, file sharing, etc and used by many major institutions worldwide. We have successfully deployed and seamlessly integrated these solutions within websites for a number of clients.

As part of our own product family we have spent some considerable time developing our own complimentary Web 2.0 technologies for online community development. In so doing we have solutions that empower the community to push and promote content to websites whilst still retaining all of the publishing control you would expect from a Content Management System. Rather than being constrained by your own resources for featured articles, organisations can now empower an e-Army of authors who can submit material for publishing without the need for any training.

To tie in with the above C2 also has experience of automating workflow processes and integrating all of the above with CRM and advanced email marketing solutions to provide valuable business intelligence.
