Dialogs with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Back to Blog Listing

Dialogs in Microsoft Dynamics CRM are interactive forms that collect and processes information, using a step-by-step script to direct users through a process.

Dialogs contain a collection of pages, and each page can contain multiple sets of prompts and responses.
An example of a use case for Dialogs is for call centre scripts where it is necessary to gather information quickly and accurately.

A key advantage of Dialogs is that the information gathered may impact a range of entities and relationships, but all of the information is gathered in a set of guided forms that only focus on the information required. The information gathered via the Dialog steps can then create and update the relevant records in Dynamics CRM.
