Distributing membership surveys through Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Voice of the customer

Following on from our previous blog “Creating Surveys with Dynamics CRM Voice of the Customer” we discussed the creation of surveys using the Dynamics CRM Voice of the Customer application. In this blog we continue with the next stage and look at how we distribute customer surveys by creating an email template and a business workflow process within Dynamics CRM that is aimed towards a membership audience.

The following video demonstrates how to distribute a membership survey through Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
