Following on from the previous blog “Working with Business Process Flows in Microsoft Dynamics 365” this blog demonstrates how to set up business rules in Dynamics 365. Setting up business rules in Dynamics 365 is performed through a new easy to use interface and is quick to complete.

The following video demonstrates how to set up business rules in Microsoft Dynamics 365.



As demonstrated in the video, business rules are triggered when specified conditions are met e.g. field has a specific value, or when a business process flow stage applies. Business rules can be used to make fields mandatory/option, to hide/show fields etc.
