Microsoft Dynamics CRM supports the bulk data import and export of data and provides an import wizard to make this a simple task.
Export to Excel
If they have been given appropriate permissions, users have the option of exporting their CRM data to an Excel worksheet, Word, PDF documents or even HTML. In addition these can be static or dynamic exports. With a dynamic export the spreadsheet will be automatically refreshed with the data from Dynamics CRM.
Dynamics CRM is equipped with a data import wizard to make importing data into Dynamics CRM a simple task. Supported file formats include .xml, .csv and .txt. ZIP files can also be imported containing any of the supported file types.
