Relationship Assistant in Microsoft Dynamics 365

Back to Blog Listing

Relationship Assistant is a powerful feature that’s available in the Relationship Insights suite in Dynamics 365. In our previous blog "Relationship Insights within Microsoft Dynamics 365" we explained how Relationship Insights uses artificial intelligence to provide a 360-degree view of the customer to collect data from sources within Microsoft's ecosystems.

The Relationship Assistant provides features that track behaviours and collect information about contacts to generate a collection of action cards that are displayed on the user’s dashboard as a notification for upcoming deadlines, delays and task reminders.
