We are delighted to announce that C2 Software have struck a strategic partnership with Utilize PLC, with Utilize acquiring a 50% stake in C2 Software.

For Kirk and I, it was always our aim to maintain our day to day leadership roles within the business and to retain, and indeed build upon, our existing staff in Dundee. It is very much business as usual for C2 but with the addition of an exciting set of opportunities, following this deal.”
For C2 clients, the partnership also offers access to Utilize’s extensive range of technology services, including managed IT solutions, infrastructure and cloud, telephony and communications services, as well as Sage consultancy.
