International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) have selected C2 Software to implement a new Membership Relationship Management (MRM system and member’s portal. The project will be based on Subscribe360, Dynamics 365 and Click Dimensions, replacing the existing SuperOffice based system. The focus will be on digital business transformation, improving both the member and staff experience.
Key project outcomes include:
Automate, simplify, and streamline membership application and renewals, a task that is currently time-intensive and mostly manual
Implement Click Dimensions for full marketing automation that is directly supported from Dynamics 365.
Improve engagement by gaining a 360-degree view to provide more value to IPAF’s members.
Integration with IPAF’s existing Finance systems including Sage and GoCardless.
Integration with IPAF’s internal training systems.
To create a bespoke and seamless member experience, C2 will also develop a new fully integrated multi-region multi-language members portal for IPAF, based on Microsoft Power Pages and the Subscribe360 Member Portal.
